International pop sensation Rihanna, slated to headline Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding festivities, touched down in Jamnagar on Thursday. Various images and clips of the singer have inundated social media platforms, building anticipation for her performance on March 1, scheduled for one of the pre-wedding events. As per India Today's report, the Grammy-winning singer commands a fee of approximately $8-$9 million (Rs 66 to 74 crore) for her performance at the grand celebration. The report further details that the pop icon will deliver a captivating medley featuring her chart-topping hits, including the iconic "Diamonds." For those not in the know, the pre-wedding festivities for Anant and Radhika are scheduled to kick off on March 1 and extend until March 3. The guest list includes a mix of Bollywood celebrities, politicians, sports figures, and business magnates. On February 29, various images and videos of Rihanna at Jamnagar airport surfaced online. Another viral video showcased the elaborate process of transporting her extensive luggage from the airport to the venue of the pre-wedding celebration. The singing sensation's team members arrived in Jamnagar on Wednesday afternoon, and a leaked rehearsal video has also made rounds on social media.
